Restructure Partners is not a party to any professional engagement agreement between you and the practitioner.

All restructuring and insolvency services are delivered by, or under the supervision of, a Registered Small Business Restructuring Practitioner and/or Registered Liquidator in accordance with Australian law.

Responsibility for professional advice, recommendations, and services rests solely with the licensed practitioner engaged.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Restructure Partners acts solely as a referrer of clients to independent registered practitioners.
- We are not responsible for any acts, omissions, advice, representations, or services provided by any third-party practitioner.
- We make no guarantees regarding outcomes of restructuring or insolvency processes.
Restructure Partners, its operators, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage arising out of or connected to:
- Your use of this website;
- Your reliance on information contained on this website; or
- Any services provided by a third-party practitioner.
