Disclosure Statement
Restructure Partners is an Australian information and referral service, operated by Lead Generation Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 691 399 756) trading as Restructure Partners.
We believe directors in financial difficulty deserve to know exactly who they’re dealing with and how we work. This statement explains what we do and don’t do, how enquiries are handled, how we are paid, and who carries out formal insolvency appointments.

What we do — and what we don’t
Restructure Partners publishes general information to help Australian company directors understand their options when facing financial pressure — director penalty notices, ATO debt, small business restructuring, voluntary administration and liquidation.
Enquiries made through this website — by phone or the enquiry form — go directly to our partner firm, H&H Tax and Business Advisors (H&H Tax & Business Advisors Pty Ltd, ABN 19 699 204 423). H&H are pre-insolvency accountants; they are not ASIC-registered insolvency practitioners. Where a formal appointment is needed, an H&H adviser involves an ASIC-registered practitioner.
Restructure Partners does not itself triage enquiries, does not advise on your circumstances, and does not maintain a panel of registered practitioners. Nothing on this website is personal legal, financial, or taxation advice, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome.
Referral fees
- Restructure Partners receives a referral fee from H&H Tax and Business Advisors when an enquiry leads to an engagement with H&H.
- The fee is paid by H&H, not by the client.
- The fee does not increase the cost of any services the client receives.
- The arrangement is also disclosed in H&H’s engagement letter before any engagement begins.
Restructure Partners does not receive referral fees, commissions, or any other benefit from ASIC-registered insolvency practitioners. Referral fees are only received from our partner firm, H&H Tax and Business Advisors.
We disclose this so you can weigh our role for what it is. The information on this website is general and published for everyone, whether or not you ever contact us.
Independence and conflicts of interest
Content on this site is reviewed for accuracy by Alex Hanley, a Chartered Accountant at H&H Tax and Business Advisors — the same partner firm that enquiries from this site go to. See Alex’s profile. His review is a check on factual accuracy; it is not an independent third-party endorsement, and we disclose this relationship alongside his byline on every reviewed page.
Registered practitioners are independently responsible for any formal appointment they accept. Restructure Partners does not select the practitioner involved in any matter.
The role of ASIC-registered practitioners

Small Business Restructuring, Voluntary Administration and Liquidation can only be administered by ASIC-registered practitioners. Neither Restructure Partners nor H&H Tax and Business Advisors performs formal insolvency appointments.
Where a formal appointment is required, H&H will involve an ASIC-registered practitioner. That practitioner is registered with ASIC and is independently responsible for any formal appointment they accept.
Your privacy
When you contact us, we collect only the information needed to help you. Your enquiry details are passed to H&H Tax and Business Advisors, and your details may be shared further with an ASIC-registered practitioner where a formal appointment is needed. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
