Who we are

This website is operated by [registered legal entity name — confirm] (ABN [confirm]), trading as Restructure Partners (“we”, “us”, “our”).

General information only — not advice

The content on this website is provided for general information purposes only. It does not constitute legal, insolvency, taxation, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for advice tailored to your specific circumstances. Australian insolvency law is complex and outcomes depend entirely on the facts of each case.

Before acting on anything on this website, you should obtain advice from a registered liquidator, an insolvency lawyer, or a qualified tax professional. We are not responsible for any action taken, or not taken, on the basis of the general information provided here.

The limits of our role

Restructure Partners provides general information and connects directors with appropriate ASIC-registered practitioners. Restructure Partners does not itself perform formal insolvency appointments — Small Business Restructuring, Voluntary Administration and Liquidation are carried out by the registered, regulated practitioners we work with. We do not guarantee any particular outcome.

Where we refer you to a registered practitioner or partnered adviser, any engagement you enter into is a separate arrangement between you and that practitioner or adviser, on their terms.

No guarantees

While we take care to keep our content accurate and current, we make no warranty that it is complete, up to date, or free from error, and legislation, regulatory guidance and case law may change. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Intellectual property

The content, layout, and branding of this website are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may view and print content for your own personal, non-commercial use, but you may not reproduce or republish it without our permission.

This website may contain links to third-party websites (including the ATO, ASIC, and legislation resources) for your convenience. We are not responsible for the content of those websites.

Privacy

Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
